Milk Cake Recipes Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (use whole milk ricotta)
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk powder
- ÂĽ tsp cardamom powder
Milk Cake Recipes cooking Process
- Use a 5Ă—7 Pyrex pan for this cooking process.
- Clean the Pyrex pan and apply butter on this pan.
- Mix well all the ingredients in a mid bowl. After Pour all the mixture well over the Pyrex pan.
- Cook it for 3 minutes in the microwave.
- Take out the pan from the microwave, stir the mixture well, and cook again for 2 minutes.
- Stir the mixture again and cook again for another 2 minutes.
- If the cake is soft cook again for 1 more minute without stirring. It took total 8 minutes to make it.
