Milk Cake Recipes Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (use whole milk ricotta)
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk powder
  • ÂĽ tsp cardamom powder

Milk Cake Recipes cooking Process

  1. Use a 5Ă—7 Pyrex pan for this cooking process.
  2. Clean the Pyrex pan and apply butter on this pan.
  3. Mix well all the ingredients in a mid bowl. After Pour all the mixture well over the Pyrex pan.
  4. Cook it for 3 minutes in the microwave.
  5. Take out the pan from the microwave, stir the mixture well, and cook again for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir the mixture again and cook again for another 2 minutes.
  7. If the cake is soft cook again for 1 more minute without stirring. It took total 8 minutes to make it.
  8. Let it cool of and cut into squares and garnish the milk cake by Cashew nut and Pesto crush.
